Traditional meditation techniques identify four meditation postures: sitting, standing, walking and lying down. All four are profound means to practice creating. 

In this meditation, you will learn how to activate and open your heart, which is your creative center. By working with your body and raising your energy, you will begin to move into the present moment.

Next, you will transition to opening your eyes and practice becoming the person who is living the life you want to live and being in the future you want to be in. 

This meditation is a transition between practicing in your inner world with your eyes closed to demonstrating with your eyes open, walking as if your future creations have already happened.
